Isaac Falconer/Dr Saku Gunasegaram
36"(thirty-six inches) x 24" (twenty-four inches)
acrylics and gold ink on hand-made Japanese rice paper of
irregular "live-edge" dimensions
COMMISSIONED (inadvertently) by Bob Zagers, Clearwater Beach,
Florida, USA.
Bob merely requested a print or poster of the original
COMMISSIONED by [City of Venice, Italy, The European UNION]
Venetian restauranteur proprietario (proprietor in
American-English) Mr (signore) Lucianor Rota painting
Antico Capon
-which he [Bob Zagers] saw hanging in
Venice,
Italy, in the Campo Santa Margheria, sestiere di Dorosoduro,
Venice, Italy, The European UNION
.
Therefore this artist Isaac Falconer/Dr Saku
Gunasegaram made him [Bob Zagers] the
above-featured painting-on-Japanese rice paper in direct response
to his
[Bob Zagers'] statement that some day he "hoped" to gain a keener
appreciation "for" "cutting edge" "avant garde" "abstract"
art.
Since it is this artist's "considered" "professional" opinion that
it is much easier for art-appreciators-to-be/art-aficionados-to-be
to gain a keener appreciation for original art in the presence of
an "original,"
this artist Isaac Falconer/Dr Saku
Gunasegaram
"responded" to Bob Zagers' request by painting _Bob's Capon_

36" (thirty-six inches) x 24" (twenty-four inches)
acrylics and gold ink on hand-made Japanese rice paper~rather
than with
a "reproduction" and/or "copy" of a poster/print
of the original
Antico Capon .
This image is a photograph with missing
"details"~
because of its low level of resolution~but it provides some
idea of the variations in colour and texture in the original
painting.
Such paintings on rice paper are extremely difficult to "capture"
in the absence of digital cameras~as "absence" "happened" in
this particular case.
